If your order arrives damaged, please note it on the delivery docket, photograph the consignment and let us and Mainfreight know immediately. Once your consignment has reach the delivery depot that Depot will give you a call to let you know it is either at the depot for collection or out for delivery. We also add your email contact to the Mainfreight tracking system so that you, as the customer, receive regular email alerts as to the status of your consignment: In Transit, At Delivery Depot, Out for Delivery and Delivered. Once your order is ready to dispatch on Mainfreight we will notify you via email that it is on its way and let you know the Mainfreight Consignment Number. All our timber poultry and animal housing is built to pre-assembled kitset specifications for more cost effective freighting. We deliver nationwide either to your dooror to the nearest Mainfreight Depot for collection. So please note if you request this option it is at your risk. If you request a non-signature delivery or 'leave at door' or 'on back porch' or similar we cannot be responsible for these goods if you return home and they are no longer there.

Post Haste delivers Monday to Friday and should there be no-one at home the driver will leave a card or attempt a re-delivery. Unfortunately delays due to weather events and natural disasters are out of everyone's control and we cannot plan and compensate for these. We do not offer refunds on shipping if your parcel is not delivery within your expected delivery time frame. Post Haste and their Contractors do their best to deliver within the allocated time frames. If you would like a Saturday North Island residential delivery please ask. Rural addresses will add an extra 24 to 48 hours onto your delivery time frame. North Island residential & business addresses are sent on the Poste Haste standard inter island two-day delivery ticket but can take a day or two longer. South Island residential & business addresses are usually next day delivery but can take a a day or two longer. So, in a nutshell, to save on delivery get your order sent to a town or business delivery address if you wish to save $$$!ĭelivery is available on working weekdays only - Monday to Friday. This rural ticket adds more to the cost of delivery as the parcel needs to be handed over to the rural delivery driver. If your address is rural then a rural ticket is required. Residential deliveries require a residential ticket so the cost is a little more than business. Sending to a business address works out the best value. We do our very best to fulfil orders as quickly as we can. Any order received after 10 am will most likely be dispatched the following day. If your address is on Waiheke Island, Chatham Islands, Great Barrier or Stewart Island we will notify you of the total additional charge/s when we receive and process your order.
